Thank you for your interest in the YogaFit® Gift pack.

The YogaFit® Gift Pack is a great way to show your appreciation and create customer good will. The Gift Pack is completely free to you. The YogaFit® Gift Pack is an assortment of samples and offers that are meaningful to people with healthy lifestyles, like your yoga students.  Annual sample distribution will be in late summer/fall, additional distribution is determined by samplers interest.  At this time, the Gift Packs are only available in the 48 continental states.

In order for this program to be successful, controlled distribution of the YogaFit® Gift Pack is essential. By requesting the Gift Packs you are also agreeing to:

1. Distribute all of the Gift Packs shipped to you
2. Distribute the Gift Packs to YogaFit, Yoga, and Pilates students only
3. Distribute only one Gift Packs per YogaFit, Yoga, and Pilates student (no duplication)
4. Distribute all of the Gift Packs within 2 weeks of receipt
5. Certify that you are an Active YogaFit®, Yoga, or Pilates instructor.

It will be kept in strict confidence and will only be used to send you YogaFit® Gift Packs. You must complete all questions.
